Comment / SP-LME is one of three Boeing 737-300s in the Centralwings fleet.

Comment / The lack of any sunlight makes it difficult to bring out the classy silver scheme which adorns Norwegian's LN-KKZ. First delivered to Cameroon Airlines in November 1997, this Boeing 737 classic is not yet 10 years old. Between 2002 and 2006 she also sampled life in South America, as PT-MNL.

Comment / This Boeing 737 of 1991 vintage is previously TC-SUR of SunExpress and HA-LET of Malev.

Comment / Currently wearing the very last remnants of the Channel Express livery. This Quick Change Boeing 737 is based at Stansted operating cargo and passenger charters, now with Jet2 titles.

Comment / Air Italy recently started a new service from Verona to Stansted, serving the route twice daily with a pair of Boeing 737-300s. Up until March, this particular aircraft was flying with FlyMe as SE-RCS.

Comment / G-TOYA is another ex. Buzz and Ryanair aircraft, previously flying in bright yellow and purple as G-BZZE. She holds the honour of flying the very last Buzz service before Ryanair shut the airline down, arriving at London Stansted at 2203 from Berlin Schonefeld on 31st March 2003.

Comment / G-TOYB is one of 22 Boeing 737s now in service with bmi baby. She first flew in December 1994 as a brand new aircraft for Continental Airlines, before joining Buzz as G-BZZF in January 2003.

Comment / G-CELO is a Boeing 737 'Quick Change' aircraft, with the ability to swap from a passenger to a freight configuration in a matter of minutes. She joined Jet2 in April last year from Air Atlanta Icelandic, with whom she previously flew as TF-ELO. She is now approaching 19th years of age, after entering service with the British charter carrier, Monarch Airlines, in October 1998 as G-MONP.

Comment / Great to see that some of the ex. DBA logojets are still around. Follow up: D-ADIC in fact ended up as the last aircraft in DBA colours. She was withdrawn from service just three days after this photo was taken and ferried to Manching Air Force Base for painting into the Air Berlin scheme.

Comment / Following the acquisition by Air Berlin last year, much of the DBA fleet is now being repainted into maroon and white. And after today's news, will we see LTU and Belair aircraft going the same way?

Comment / 'KB is currently flying in a basic scheme having joined Norwegian from Varig last November.

Comment / As well as flying on the tail of Norwegian Air Shuttle's LN-KKP, did you know that a portrait of the famous Norwegian opera singer Kirsten Flagstad also appears on the 100 kroner bill?
